GETTING STARTED
Upon hire identify if you report time monthly (salaried employees) or weekly (hourly employees)
While the frequency of time reporting and the payroll dates differs for hourly vs. salaried employees, the LETS process is the same for All employees.
Ask your supervisor the Project and Activity ID (“Project ID”) to charge your time (Note: You may have more than one)

Save the LETS Sweep Calendar to your calendar for reminders of when your timecard is due

READ
Read your email, Elements, LETS notifications, and payroll communiques to stay abreast to any updates, early sweeps, etc.
Employees are responsible for entry of their own time. They can view and enter data only for themselves. They must release and certify their hours at the end of every reporting period prior to the sweep.
