Computer Requests:
Purchasing a computer, you need to fill out:
LBL Standard Computer Request Form - For anyone wishing to purchase a laptop, desktop, or iPad from one of IT's Lab-standard models.
Custom Computer Request Form - For users with specific computer specifications unavailable in the LBL IT standard models (ie, extra RAM, larger storage, etc).
Poster Request Form - Please ensure the poster is correctly sized & submitted in PDF format.
Standard Print Size 36″H x 48″W. (Custom size requests outside the standard print size normally have additional white space.)
Pick up at 717 Potter St - Bldg. 977 Only. No deliveries available to Hill or other offsite locations.

Planning a meeting, workshop, or event?
Enter your request on the Host a Meeting Request Form. We will need a valid project id/activity code to fulfill your request.
Average Event Lead Times:
2-3 months for offsite events

Government fleet vehicle location - Bldg 977 (717 Potter St)
Used for official LBNL purposes only.
Van can ONLY be picked up & returned to Potter Parking Garage.
Badge to the Potter parking garage is attached to the keys.
To reserve the fleet vehicle:
First Reserve use via the BSBK Van – (Animal/Human Transport) calendar
Obtain Keys and sign out log is
Located in room 977-143, Cubicle 977-0143C .
Make sure to sign in/out & note mileage upon returning the keys.
Once the trip is complete, note the return mileage, complete the log entry, & return vehicle keys to 977-143C.
ESE and Potter Street:
Employee access only
Located at Bldg 978 ESE (5885 Hollis St)
Used for official LBNL purposes only.
Can ONLY be picked up and returned to ESE.
