Communications
The Biosciences Communications team collaborates with staff to:
Promote the Area and raise its profile;
Communicate staff’s scientific discoveries and innovations;
Share Biosciences-related information of interest, both externally and internally; and
Create communications synergies with internal and external partners.
A subset of this larger group, the Biosciences Operations at Berkeley BSBK Communications team consists of Biosciences Lead Communications Coordinator Lida Gifford; Greta Lorge, science writer/editor; and Ashleigh Papp, & Maritte O'Gallagher communications specialists.
The objectives of the team are outlined on the Biosciences Area web page “How to Work with the Biosciences Communications Team.” There, a set of guidelines is laid out to inform people in the Area about how they can collaborate with the team.
