To receive a monthly email with a report showing your current month planned effort, please complete this Google form.

Click the link above to open the Effort Distribution Report in the LBNL Business Analytics & Reporting (BAR) system. The report pulls data from the financial planning system to show your planned effort for the current fiscal year. You can also access your actual effort history to review the Project and Activity IDs you have charged in the past.

This report is designed to help you evaluate your work plan and report your time in LETS. It is provided for informational purposes only. Programmatic needs should be discussed with your supervisor or work lead. The most important thing to remember is that when you enter your time into LETS, you must report your time as you have actually worked.

If your planned effort needs to be revised, please work with your supervisor, work leads, and/or resource analyst to make any necessary changes.

Instructions

1. Click the link and login to the LBNL Business Analytics & Reporting (BAR) system using you Berkeley Lab login credentials

2. Enter your six digit LBNL Employee ID in the search bar and hit the search button

3. Select your name from the list

4. Click the "Finish" button to run the Planned Effort report

5. To review your actual effort for prior months, click on your Employee ID in the Planned Effort report. A new tab will open with the Actual Effort report
