Potter St. employees have access to three hoteling spaces at Bldg. 977 (Potter St.)

c) 977-1-0181Q

General Reminders worth repeating:

1. Same-day reservations only, multi-day or reoccurring reservations are not allowed. 

2. If you do not need your reservation, delete it from the calendar.

3. Please keep spaces clean and remove all personal items after use. 

How To Reserve Hoteling Spaces

Add a room

1. Open Google Calendar.

2. Create a new event 

3.  Click More Options

4. Click On Rooms

5. Type in which space you want to book and click on it. Confirm the room was added to your event and click Save 

6. Click Save.
